There is a standard hotel & state taxes of 11.416% added to all rates. Full payment is due 45 days in advance. Your deposit is returned within 7 days after departure, assuming no extraordinary cleaning or maintenance. We normally accept 7 day bookings in high season and a minimum of 5 day bookings in low season; shorter bookings are accepted provided they back up to other bookings. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy
Outside of the 45 day period, we return 50% of your deposit, retaining the other 50% to cover administrative costs. Inside the 45 day period, the entire amount is retained, except in the case of extreme family misfortune.
